Classes/ Programs
Class / Program Cancellations
It is the policy of the John D Fuller, Sr. Recreational / Athletic Complex to make a full refund to participants who register for a class, camp, special event, program or facility that is cancelled or closed by our facility.
Class / Program Refunds:
Is a customer generated request to relinquish a reserved paid spot on a class, camp, special event, or program. A program refund is processed back to the customer who initially paid for the class, camp, special event or program. In order to obtain the refund, the patron must make this formal request no later than 15 calendar days before the event. The patron will receive 25% of the total amount paid. A $5 administrative processing fee will be applied to all program refunds. Monies that were paid from a credit card will be refunded to the credit card on record. Programs that were paid by cash or check will be processed via check and the patron will receive the check within 30 days from the date of request. Programs less than $25 will forfeit all fees and no additional charge will be required.
Reservations
Reservation Cancellations:
A written cancellation of a contract made more than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the date of the event will result in a full refund of the rental fee and security deposit. A written cancellation of a contract made more than sixty (60) calendar days but less than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the date of the event will result in a loss of twenty-five (25) percent of the rental fee, along with the security deposit. A written cancellation of a contract made more than thirty (30) calendar days but less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the date of the event will result in a lost of fifty (50) percent of the rental fee, along with the security deposit. A written cancellation of a contract made less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the date of the event will result in the loss of the total rental fee, along with the security deposit.
Reservation Security Deposit Refunds:
Security deposits will be refunded within thirty (30) business days after the event. The security deposit will not be refunded or only partly refunded, if damages occur to the rented space, if the rented space is left in an unacceptable condition, or if any charges or fees are incurred as set forth in the contract

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
